It could be better though. There aren't many options for ADA compliant single egress lever handles with the occupied indicator, so this works. The outer handle jiggles more than I think it should (both units that I received), but hopefully they hold up. As another review mentioned, it has the small metal protrusions meant to sink into wooden doors, so doesn't go flush against the metal door in which we installed. Not a deal breaker, but including a rubber gasket could make this a non-issue being that these are usually used in commercial situations often with metal doors.
I think this is the best price on the market for this type of lock. good quality, standard door prep and ADA compliance - say no more

you should pack you locks with an ANSI 4-7/8" strike as well as the full lip strike...most locks are used in a comm application and need an ANSI strike.

The privacy indicator broke within 2 years of initially installing it. It's installed on a fairly high-use door opening (I'd guess 100 uses per day). I didn't attempt a warranty claim so thought I'd just leave my feedback here.
