Shipping & Returns


Shipping costs on orders that do not qualify for free shipping can be viewed in your shopping cart after entering the ship-to zip code. Please make sure that all of your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

Our main shipment partner is UPS: 

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 1-5 business days. 
  • Second Day Air: 2 business days after shipment
  • Next Day Air: 1 business day after shipment.

Stated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and can be affected by several factors, including shipping method.

You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when available.


In case you change your mind and decide to use other products, we accept the return within 15 days after delivery and issue the refund within 3 business days (minus 20% restocking fee).

We DO NOT accept returns unless you contact our Customer Care representative 1 833-353-1775.

We provide the refund for: 

  • Uninstalled locks  
  • The locks in original manufacturer’s packaging  (free of writing). 
  • In resalable condition

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

The credit is issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.


We value the trust you place in us. And we take great pride in the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a free replacement warranty on all of our locks in case of manufacturing defects.

We are constantly working with our customers to upgrade our products based on their feedback. Your honest, constructive feedback helps us to add the new features to our locks and prevent   the future defects. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we are here to resolve your issues or concerns. 

    • In case of the factory defect, we warranty an immediate completely free replacement for 12 months of commercial application excluding those that are Final Sale. 
    • Please, fill up the Return Center Form (RMA) here. The description of the defect and pictures are required for approval.
    • We DO NOT accept returns unless you contact our Customer Care representative at +1 833-353-1775.
  • We approve the exchange after confirming that the defect is introduced by a manufacturer.
  • If your item is under warranty and you wish to exchange for a more expensive item, you may do so but would have to pay the difference.
  • Warranty is not terminated with replacement item but will last for the remainder of the warranty from the original purchase.

The Warranty replacement is free of charge (UPS Ground) including free H&S.

Customers outside of the US coastal area have to cover the replacement S&H cost in full.
